The flag hoisting program at the Red Fort was discussed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, which included water, land and Air Force Personnel.Police army bands were not involved on the occasion of Independence Day. The record of the band was played. Children were not included in the Red Fort. The theme of  independence Day was self-reliant India.
